We don't contact any hospital at this stage, and we name one hospital rather than a list. Contacting hospitals — and bringing back their written answer — is what the $199 step is for.

Hospital Acceptance Check
"Will a Chinese hospital actually accept my case?"
For patients with a specific condition who need a real answer, in writing, from the hospital itself.
- We put your case summary in Chinese and send it to two hospitals — straight to the right department for your condition
- We put your specific questions to them, so what comes back is what you actually wanted to know
- You receive both hospitals' written answers in English: whether they will accept your case, cost range, treatment duration, earliest available date, and what they need from you first
- We confirm whether each hospital can support you in English while you are there
- We tell you which one we would choose, and why
- We give you the named contact in the hospital's international department
No appointment booking, visa support, airport pickup, or coordination during your stay. Those are part of Full Journey Management.

Full Journey Management
"I'm ready to go. Handle everything."
For patients who have decided to travel. Most of this work happens before you land — so that when you arrive, nothing is left to chance.
- Includes everything in the Hospital Acceptance Check — two hospitals contacted, both answers in writing
- Before you travel: we prepare your full case file in the exact format the hospital requires, so it isn't sent back for corrections
- We obtain your visa invitation letter from the hospital
- We book your appointment with the specific specialist, on the dates you need
- We arrange airport pickup and your transfer to the hospital or accommodation
- A written pre-departure brief: what to bring, what happens each day, who you will meet, how billing works
- While you are there: a named coordinator who responds within 4 hours on business days, and acts as your channel to the hospital for anything that needs confirming
- After discharge: an English discharge summary, your records organised for your doctor at home, and follow-up check-ins
- If your dates shift or the plan changes, we re-coordinate it
An MDT Review is a separate service — see below. We do not promise medical outcomes, and we do not cap hospital costs. English support during your stay is provided by the hospital; we confirm it is in place before you travel.

MDT Review
A second opinion from one doctor is a second opinion. An MDT — multidisciplinary team — is several specialists looking at your case together, in the same room, at the same time. For complex or uncertain cases, that difference matters.
- We organise your records and distil them into a Chinese case summary with a structured question list — this is what lets the panel work efficiently on your case
- The hospital convenes a panel of specialists — typically 3–5 consultants from the relevant departments (for a cancer case: medical oncology, surgery, radiotherapy, pathology)
- You receive a written MDT report in English: the panel's assessment, their recommended treatment approach, the alternatives and their trade-offs, and any points where they disagreed
- What the hospital would still need from you in order to proceed
- A video consultation with the panel, with medical interpretation, so you can question them directly
- A follow-up call with us to walk through the report and what each part means
No coordination of any kind — no booking, visa, pickup, or in-country support. An MDT Review tells you what the right treatment is. Full Journey Management handles getting you there and through it.
