We Review Your Case

Once you submit the form, our coordinator reviews your case details — medical condition, preferred city, timeline, and budget. We then match you against our network of top-tier Chinese hospitals.

We Deliver Your Service

Depending on your package:

Hospital Acceptance Check ($199): We contact two hospitals with your case summary in Chinese, put your questions to them, and deliver both hospitals' written answers in English — acceptance, cost range, treatment duration, earliest available date, and what they need from you first. Delivered within 4–7 business days.

Full Journey Management ($649): Includes everything in the Acceptance Check, plus your case file prepared to the hospital's required format, visa invitation letter, appointment booked with a specific specialist, airport pickup, a named coordinator during your stay, and an English discharge summary with records handover.

MDT Review ($499): An independent service. Several specialists from the relevant departments review your case together. You receive a written English MDT report, a video consultation with the panel through medical interpretation, and a walkthrough call. Delivered within 5–10 business days.

Upgrade Anytime — Only Pay the Difference

Acceptance Check → Full Journey: Your $199 is credited toward Full Journey Management ($649) — you pay +$450 more. Valid for 30 days.

MDT Review → Full Journey: An MDT Review does not credit toward coordination — they are separate services.
