Free case review
For patients who want a first conversation before choosing a paid service.
Case intake
We review your condition, timeline, preferred city, and what kind of help you may need.
Direction
We explain whether a shortlist, cost guidance, or hands-on coordination is the best next step.
Expectation setting
We explain what support we provide, what stays with the hospital, and when it makes sense to move forward.
Real hospital answers for your specific case
For patients who need to know: "Will a Chinese hospital accept my case, and on what terms?" We put your case in front of two hospitals and bring back both answers in writing.
Two hospitals contacted
We prepare your case summary in Chinese and send it to the right department at two hospitals matched to your condition.
Answers in English
You receive both hospitals' written answers: whether they will accept your case, the cost range, treatment duration, earliest available date, and what they need from you first.
English support confirmed
We check whether each hospital can support you in English during your stay, and give you a named contact in the international department.
From case file to discharge handover
For patients who have decided to travel. Most of the work happens before you land — so that when you arrive, nothing is left to chance.
Before you travel
Your case file prepared to the hospital's required format, visa invitation letter obtained, appointment booked with a specific specialist, and airport pickup arranged.
While you are there
A named coordinator who responds within 4 hours on business days, and acts as your channel to the hospital for anything that needs confirming.
After discharge
An English discharge summary, your records organised for your doctor at home, and follow-up check-ins.
When one specialist's opinion isn't enough
A separate product, not part of the coordination tiers. Several specialists from the relevant departments review your case together and produce one coordinated recommendation.
Case preparation
We organise your records and distil them into a Chinese case summary with a structured question list.
The panel
Typically three to five consultants from the departments relevant to your condition, reviewing your case in one session.
What you receive
A written English MDT report, a video consultation with the panel through medical interpretation, and a walkthrough call. How it works →
Boundaries of the service
Clear boundaries help patients understand exactly what they are paying for.
Not hospital treatment
Medical decisions, treatment plans, and hospital charges remain between you and the provider.
Not an insurance policy
We do not replace insurance, guarantee outcomes, or promise approval for any procedure.
Not unlimited concierge
Additional or extended support beyond package scope should be discussed separately so expectations stay clean.
